Bitcoin Mining Calculator for Investors
Why?
We wanted to create a calculator for people who want to mine bitcoin. There are bitcoin mining calculators out there but none that give you a selection of different miners.

We realized the cost of the miner is important when making this decision. There are different brands and models with different hash-rates, power consumption and price tags.
So, we thought why not create a calculator with mining difficulty preloaded along with the ASIC bitcoin miner specs + price.
We want our bitcoin mining calculator to simply [and quickly] show you bitcoin mining profitability.

This idea was inspired after reading Lyn Alden's 'Compass Mining: Risk and Reward Analysis' article - which we'd highly recommend reading.
How?
As mentioned above we look at several variables. We gather and centralize hashrate (Th/s), power (W) consumption, costs and price data.
Using the bitcoin price and difficulty rate and the above variables, we can then work out the output.
